The course “Introduction of bioenergy technologies for waste processing in the EU” was continued with a new topic “Characterization of biofuel feedstocks”.
The issues of substrate productivity were covered and the basics of theoretical calculations of anaerobic digestion systems were discussed in detail. The lecturer on the topic of substrate productivity characterization was Dr. Victoria Chubur, guest expert, coordinator of the BRT-Lab Biogas Research Laboratory, Faculty of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, Czech University of Natural Sciences in Prague, Czech Republic.
