In September 2025, the Jean Monnet training module “Bioenergy Innovations in Waste Management: European Experience in Implementing the Circular Economy” was successfully completed, and its results were presented in a series of remote video webinars.

The aim of the series was to demonstrate practical steps for implementing the experience of European countries in the development of bioenergy solutions for waste management, as well as to promote environmental, economic, and social activity in this area.
Target group: students all levels, PhD students, university teachers, self-government officers, representatives of public organizations

- Bioenergy production in EU
- Biogas plant comparison of EU experience and opportunities for Ukraine
- Biomethane and biohydrogen generation under adaption to climate changes
- Experience of German partner organizations
- Virtual visiting to Czech partner organizations, in particular the lab of BioResources and Technology (BRT), Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (Czech Republic)
- Virtual visiting to Linkoping University (Sweden) and Biogas Research Center (Sweden)
- Virtual visiting to Biogas Research Lab in Sumy State University
The series of webinars became an important step in promoting European experience in bioenergy innovation, contributing to the expansion of knowledge and the formation of professional competencies in the field of circular economy and sustainable development.
